How do I get access?
Access is created for you when your matter opens. You will receive an email invitation with a link to set your own password. If you have not received it, call us and we will resend it.
What can I do in the portal?
View and download documents on your file, review and pay invoices, send and receive secure messages, and see what has happened on your matter recently.
Is it more secure than email?
Yes. Email is not a secure channel and is easily forwarded or intercepted. The portal keeps documents and messages encrypted behind your own login, which matters when the material is as sensitive as a family law file.
I forgot my password.
Use the password reset link on the portal login screen. If the reset email does not arrive, check your spam folder and then call our office.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. The portal works in any mobile browser — there is nothing to install.
